We worked with Acre Homes across the full life of the Crestville Road development, filming and producing a range of video content from the early stages of construction through to completion. Every piece combined ground-level filming with aerial drone footage, giving Acre Homes coverage of the site that a single camera on the ground couldn't capture alone.
Construction Phase
We filmed on site during construction, capturing long-form footage of the build as it progressed. Shooting from both ground level and in the air let us document the development at scale, tracking real progress rather than a single snapshot in time.
Social Media Content
From that same footage, we produced a short, vertical edit built specifically for social media, using drone shots to give the clip scale and movement. Cut for pace, it kept the development visible to Acre Homes' followers while work was ongoing.
Final Walkthrough
Once the property was complete, we filmed and edited a full promotional walkthrough, combining aerial and ground-level footage into a single polished piece. This became a ready-to-use sales asset, used by Acre Homes across their listings and marketing.
We've worked with Diamond Homes since 2023, producing video content across their renovation projects. The montage video covers a full property renovation, including an extension, window and door replacement, and guttering work, capturing footage throughout and editing it into a single polished piece showing the transformation from start to finish. The video is used as the hero on Diamond Homes' website homepage and has featured in their social media promotion.
Alongside the montage, we filmed a video testimonial with one of Diamond Homes' clients, reviewing their experience of the completed renovation. The testimonial is featured on Diamond Homes' website, giving prospective customers a genuine, first-hand account in the client's own words, adding a level of trust a text review can't match.
A walkthrough of Poplar Gardens, a development of 9 properties (2 semi-detached, 7 detached), each with its own driveway and 3 with a detached garage. The development sits within an existing community rather than on the edge of town. Filmed combining aerial and ground-level footage, used by Acre Homes for marketing and listings.
A walkthrough of Poplar Gardens, a gated community development, combining aerial and ground-level footage to showcase the finished properties for Acre Homes' marketing and listings.
Alongside the development work itself, we've filmed video testimonials with Acre Homes clients, sharing their experience in their own words. Video gives prospective buyers a genuine, first-hand account that a written quote can't match.
A collection of photography from across our property and development work, covering everything from finished exteriors and interiors to close-up detail shots of kitchens, bathrooms and fittings. Alongside the finished spaces, we also document the process itself, the trades, materials and work that go into each build. Combined with drone photography, this gives a complete picture of a property, from the ground up and from above.
Alongside photography and video, we design and build websites for property and development clients, giving each business a site that presents their work clearly, reflects the quality of what they build, and makes it easy for prospective clients and buyers to get in touch. We also handle the ongoing side of things, keeping sites updated and working properly long after launch.

We designed and built the Acre Homes website from the ground up, giving each development its own dedicated page with full photo and video galleries and property specifications. The site also covers their approach to building, a land acquisition enquiry page for landowners, and client testimonials, giving Acre Homes a single site that supports both sales and ongoing business development.
Alongside the main site, we also own and manage the domain acre-developments.co.uk, redirecting it through to acrehomes.co.uk on the backend. It's a small addition, but it means Acre Homes benefits from an alternative, easy-to-remember domain without needing to run or maintain a second website, useful for signage, marketing, or anywhere a shorter or more specific name works better.
We also set up their Google Business Profile, giving Acre Homes accurate listing information and a proper local search presence to complement the website.

We designed and built the Diamond Homes website, covering nine service areas from windows and doors to roofing, driveways and landscaping. At the client's request, the homepage hero features our promotional video for the business, bringing together photography, videography and web design into a single standout feature.
The site also includes wireframe-style illustrations of each porch style, drawn up by our design team to the client's specification, alongside real project case studies, customer testimonials, and a quote request form.
We also set up their Google Business Profile, giving Diamond Homes accurate listing information and a proper local search presence to complement the website.
Alongside photography, video and web design, we create social media content for property and development clients, giving them a consistent way to stay visible online. This includes short-form video, photography formatted for social platforms, and posts covering everything from construction progress to finished properties, helping keep a development in front of the right audience at every stage.

We've produced ongoing social media content for Acre Homes, covering their developments from early concept through to completion. Posts range from behind-the-scenes construction updates and finished property showcases to client testimonials and close-up detail shots that highlight the quality of the build.
Some posts follow direct briefs from Acre Homes, launch announcements for new developments, key specifications, and information they want communicated to their audience. Others come from our own recommendations, using our understanding of what performs well on social media and what helps a property brand build trust and visibility over time. This might mean suggesting a format like "Five Must-Ask Questions for First Time Buyers," which adds value beyond a straightforward property listing, or presenting a development's story from initial sketches through to the finished home, giving followers a reason to keep following a project rather than only seeing it once it's complete.
We also keep an eye on how platforms themselves change. Instagram's own post dimensions have shifted over time, and our more recent posts reflect that, moving away from the older square format toward the newer aspect ratios the platform now favours. It's a small thing, but staying on top of it means Acre Homes' content keeps looking current rather than dated, and keeps performing the way the platform intends rather than being cropped or compressed awkwardly in feed.
The result is a social presence that balances what the client needs communicated with the kind of content that actually works on social platforms, adapting as those platforms themselves evolve, and keeping Acre Homes visible and engaged with their audience throughout a development's lifecycle.
Alongside social media, we also handle the practical groundwork that supports it. We set up and configured the Google Business Profiles for both Acre Homes and Diamond Homes, giving each business accurate listing information, the right categories, and a proper local search presence from the outset, the kind of foundational detail that's easy to overlook but makes a real difference to how a business is found online.
